For over thirteen years, I have been an educator and administrator in higher education. My work has centered on teaching and training, qualitative research (large-scale for my dissertation and small-scale for programmatic decision-making), curriculum development, assessment and evaluation, mentoring, and educational technology management for student success and engagement. I have centered-DEIB principles in my work, as well as building excellent customer and stakeholder relationships.
